              PSU

              JUTAIPSU?NA is a polysulfone plastic (PSU) profile. PSU is an amorphous polymer with a glass transition temperature of 188°C. PSU is a transparent engineering plastic with good chemical resistance, rigidity and temperature resistance. PSU has mechanical and electrical properties similar to PEI. Due to the conjugated benzene rings and sulfone groups in the polymer, the PSU profiles exhibit high resistance to acid and salt solution corrosion, as well as good resistance to detergents, hot water, and steam. In addition, PSU has excellent radiation resistance and low levels of ionic impurities. Special attention is that the PSU will greatly reduce the insulation, strength and other indicators under ultraviolet radiation.

              Application Fields

              JUTAIPSU?NA type pure PSU profiles can be applied:

              Electronics industry: connectors, coil bodies, high-frequency insulators, lamp sockets, parking covers and antenna sockets;

              Mechanical engineering: oil level indicator;

              ——Food industry: microwave tableware;

              ——Chemical industry: valve cores, flanges, pipes, pump casings and inspection windows.

              Instructions for Use

              Machined by Lathes or Milling Machine. Remove surface heat-treatment aged layers and the thickness of removal layer is 0.5-1mm.

              Product Storage Instructions

              Placed away from light, avoiding humid, and away from oily substance.

              Packed with polymeric film when not use.
